2014 DEMOCRATIC SECOND PRIMARY ELECTION SAMPLE BALLOT FILE
The State Board of Elections has called for a Second Primary (Runoff) for the office of U.S. House of Representatives in the 5th Congressional District. Requirements to vote in this election are as follows:
Voters must have been registered in Davidson County on or before April 11, 2014.
Voters must be a resident of the 5th Congressional District and must be a registered Democrat or Unaffiliated*
* Unaffiliated voters who voted the Democratic ballot in the May 6, 2014 Primary or did not vote at all in the May Primary are eligible to vote in the Second Primary.
* Unaffiliated voters who voted the Republican ballot in the May 6, 2014 Primary are not eligible to vote
in the Second Primary
